About Me

Mastering Sustainability, Leading by Example:

I’m a Dad first, and every decision on our permaculture farm in Spain reflects the principles I teach through Regenerative Instructional Design (RID). This isn’t lifestyle bragging; our farm is a living proof lab, showing how sustainable systems produce tangible, repeatable results.

From crop rotations that restore soil health to water management practices that endure the dry Mediterranean summers, everything we do is designed, tested, and measurable. My daughters grow up in an environment where responsibility, sustainability, and action aren’t optional, they’re baseline skills, modelled daily.

Through RID, I take these same lessons, applied, observable, and results-driven, and turn them into systems for others to learn, adapt, and implement. Here, theory meets action, and mastery isn’t just taught, it’s demonstrated.

Systems That Change the Game:

I left the classroom because real impact requires scale. As the creator of Regenerative Instructional Design (RID), I don’t teach lessons, I engineer systems that produce measurable, lasting influence.

Adults. Teams. Organizations. I design frameworks that make learning unavoidable, actionable, and results-driven. Every system I build translates complex knowledge into applied outcomes, shifting mindsets, changing behaviours, and producing tangible results that endure.

From training learners in sustainability practices to helping teams implement regenerative approaches, my work isn’t theoretical, it’s proven in action, repeatable, and measurable.

Systems That Work:

I don’t just live sustainability, I engineer it, model it, and demand measurable results. Life at our permaculture farm in Spain is designed for outcomes: soil restored, water managed, and systems optimized. As a Dad, I raise my daughters where responsibility, sustainability, and action aren’t optional, they’re baseline skills.

Through Regenerative Instructional Design (RID), I turn these principles into frameworks that others can apply and scale. Theory is optional; results are mandatory. Innovation is mandatory; inaction is unacceptable.

Family. Systems. Results. That’s how change gets built, on the farm, in learning, and in every system I design. I set the standard for applied sustainability and learning, others follow, and results endure.

Designing Change That Lasts

We aren’t spectators; we are the solution. I am the RID creator, strategist, and Dad who refuses half-measures. I don’t just teach principles; I engineer systems that transform behaviours, produce measurable impact, and exceed expectations.

Through RID, I turn applied learning and sustainability practices into frameworks that scale. Every program, every system I design delivers results you can see, measure, and replicate.

Together, we push organizations, individuals, and future generations beyond limits. If you’re ready to lead, to set standards, and to create lasting change, this is your benchmark, and your call to action.
